Fifteen years ago the term terra preta first crossed my path as an earth scientist mapping the vast geological resources of South America. At that time, I had no idea it would completely redefine my life's purpose. My journey began when I moved from Canada to Ecuador with three fellow pioneering entrepreneurs.
